Built on an ancient lagoon, which lands had been property of the Santanyí City Council 200 years ago, the house was purchased by the municipality to become a center of culture. Since its inauguration in December 2011 it presents an attractive program that focuses on activities related to art, literature and music in small format.

Monday to Friday: from 9:00 to 14:00 h.
In winter: from Tuesday to Saturday from 17:30 to 20:30 h.
In summer: from 18:00 to 21:00 h.
Saturdays: from 10:30 to 13:00 h. (Exhibition room)
