With the arrival of autumn, Algaida celebrates its most traditional fair, which this year incorporates a sample of cuisine. It takes place from October 7 to 21, being Saturday 13 the day of the fair. It gathers different types of samples (products and handicrafts, alternative products, Fair Trade, animals, cars ...) and those who want to know how to make a vermouth in the traditional way can do so with the proposal of the Associació Cultura Gastronòmica.
