The music of Joe Hisaishi, main composer of the Japanese animation studio Studio GHIBLI, is a tribute to the most minimalist symphonism. La Banda Municipal de Música d'Alcúdia celebrates Santa Cecilia with this concert directed by Jaume García, who is also in charge of the arrangements along with Luis Arguimbau.
They interpret the music of the soundtrack of the movie Gladiator (2000), directed by Hans Zimmer and starring Russell Crow.
