The Plaça Costa de Cala d'Or serves as the setting for this show-cooking by the hand of chef Miquel Calent and with a kitchen designed especially for this culinary show.
Calent will prepare three dishes (first, second and dessert) in front of the audience with products from the land while explaining how he prepares them.
