The story takes place between Vienna and Zurich in the early twentieth century, around the conflicting and passionate relationships between Carl Jung, Sigmund Freud and Sabina Spielrein, interned in a psychiatric hospital and with great intelligence. Jung will try to cure her with psychoanalysis, without being able to avoid a powerful sexual attraction to her. The soundtrack is from the Canadian Howard Shore.
