Convened by the City of Santanyí since 1984. The works, with free choice of subject, must be original and unpublished, written in Catalan and with an area around 300 verses. The winning work is rewarded with a cash prize and is published in the collection of poetry Balanguera, from the Editorial Moll. The book is presented during the festival of Sant Jaume.
