This modernist manor situated in the center of Inca is owned by Colonya Caixa Pollença, an entity that has ceded its use to the City Council. The ground floor is for cultural activities, but usually works as an exhibition hall as well as the rest of the building. It maintains the old distribution of the family house and, according to the needs of each assembly, also uses the dining room, some other rooms and the stairwell.
