A former manor house, built in 1898, was ceded by the owner to the municipality of Arta in 1984. Since then, it houses the Municipal Library, where you can see a small documentary about the painter Miquel Barceló including exhibition catalogs and books illustrated by the artist.
The house also has an exhibition hall and another multipurpose one, furthermore extensive gardens that host recreational activities.
