It occupies a Mansion of medieval origin, belonging to the Verí family since 1447 and renovated in the sixteenth century to Renaissance style. Also known as Can Sureda d'Arta, as it was owned by this family since 1806, and subsequently became the Trinitarian College. Since 1990, this manor, with Gothic and Baroque elements, is a temple of contemporary art that has seen hanging on its walls works of artists such as Joan Miró, Eduardo Chillida, Antoni Tapies, Miquel Navarro, Rebecca Horn, etc. Programs temporary art exhibitions and organizes cultural activities such as book launches, conferences, etc.
