The theatre is located in the building that used to house the old Parish Cinema, property of the Diocese of Mallorca. After its renovation, the new scenic space was opened in 2008. It is run by the municipality and its programming depends on the department of Culture of the City Council of Alaró. Besides theater, it also gives room to other artistic demonstrations such as music, dance or film and documentary projections.
