The first stage of this building was put up in 1940, to be used as a parish church of Acción Católica (A Catholic current). The second stage dates from 1953, and coincides with the current structure. After a renovation project implemented during the nineties, the result is a polyvalent hall, which can take shape depending on the requirements of every show. From October to June, it offers a versatile program including theater and concerts of small format but of great artistic quality. Iguana Theater is the resident company.
