To optimally maintain our cognitive functions, is the aim of these workshops that are part of the training offered to adults of the Obra Social Sa Nostra in the 2015-2016 course. They are held at the Centre de Cultura Sa Nostra and the deadline for registration is September 28 to October 9.
Memory Workshop
Taught by Susana Monés and Macarena Sanchez, the aim of this workshop is to treat, from prevention, the cognitive impairments that people can suffer as they get older. It is aimed at people age70 and older, offered in small groups of 15 members.
Duration: October 20, 2015 to May 10, 2016
Group 1 Hours: Tuesdays from 17:30 to 19:00 h.
Group 2 Schedule: Thursday 16:45 to 18:15 h.
Group 3 Schedule: Thursday 18:30 to 20:00 h.
The workshop will have a maximum of 15 students per group. A minimum of places must be covered to realize the course.

Neuro Fitness: Brain Factory
The program of this workshop covers, personalized for each user, the cognitive, social and physical area, pursuing an improvement of the capacity of attention and concentration, memory, solving capacity, language and orientation. The aim is to maintain and improve brain capacity and delay the onset of dementia and neuronal wear. Aimed at people age 50 and older, offered in small groups.
Duration: October 20, 2015 to May 10, 2016
Group 1 Hours: Monday from 17:30 to 19:00 h.
Group 2 Hours: Wednesdays from 17:30 to 19:00 h.
The course must have a minimum of 8 students and a maximum of 15 to be realized.
