Gastronomy takes special relevance in the 54th Festival of Pollença, which has Mexico as its guest country and program the cycle of activities Approach to the Mexican culture, held parallel to the festival with the support of the Tourism Board of Mexico and the Secretariat of Tourism of the Federal Government.
Roberto Alcocer and Tomas Bermudez, two prominent Mexican chefs, will approach professionals of gastronomy and advanced amateurs to the flavors and culinary preparations of their country.
