The last concert of the XXXV Encontre International de Compositors presents six works by Majorcan guitarist and composer Mateu Malondra (Palma, 1977). One is the world premiere of Node Circuit I, a piece for piano guitar and violon from 2014 by Trio Sinew.
Another is a premiere in Spain, Apposition I (figures of disorder) of 2013, commissioned by Takao Hyakutome for violin solo. Rounding out the program Café Noir at Grave's (2007), for guitar, Apposition II (figures of disorder (2014), for solo violin; Sydus III (tribute to Palazuelo, 2006), for solo piano; and Roads to Nooteboom (2014), commissioned by the Festival Sirga.
The concert is carried out by Trio Sinew, formed by Tomoko Honda (piano), Takao Hyakutome (violin) and Nico Couk (guitar).
