The percussion rhythm and energy of the dance are the basis of this show of traditional African music group Djilandiang. Some components are griots, responsible for transmitting the oral tradition of Senegal. To do this they have lots of instruments, songs and dances that tell us about their lives and traditions.
Djilandiang consists of Djoutala Seydi (dance, voice and masks), Momar Thioune (seourouba drums, djembe, kora), Babacar Mbaye (seourouba drums, djembe, tama), Touty Mane (dance), Lath Mbaye (seourouba drums, djembe, size) and Bamba Lamine Mane (dance and percussion balafon, Xung, seourouba). With musical direction of Albert Gumí and artistic direction of Anna Llopart.
