With this exhibition, Joan Bennassar continues the sculptures installed on the seafront of Cala Rajada, which will continue throughout the summer. In Centre Cap Vermell the artist presents the pictorial version, a set of four large paintings that reflect two aspects very present in the work of Bennassar: the erotic Mallorca and wine.
Where the waves break is not just about the sea, as a physical place where the waves break, but it also means "change, a break with the past" in the words of the artist himself.
