The Garden of the Centre Cultural La Misericòrdia hosts this event dedicated to the enjoyment of bibliophiles. In it you can find from first editions to out of print books, passing through volumes of huge literary, artistic, historical and sentimental value. Also magazines, postcards and photographs. Libraries from both the Peninsula and Mallorca participate. It is celebrated during fifteen days, between March and April in the morning and afternoon.
The Antique and used Book Fair (Fira del Llibre Antic i d'Ocasió) is organized by the Consell de Mallorca in collaboration with Uniliber (Professional Association of Rare and Collectible Books ).It opens each year with the reading of a proclamation by a leading figure in the cultural world of the island.
