This festival has been celebrated since 1990 organized by the Young Musicians of Palma and the city council. Concerts take place in July and August in the courtyard of the Castillo de Bellver. The commitment of this festival is the presentation of young rising performers on the international scene. Sometimes the proceeds go to humanitarian nonprofit organizations.
