Considered the most important civil monument of Llucmajor, in baroque style and squared floor with a superimposed double gallery. It was recovered by the city council in 1842 following the secularization of the franciscans, destining it to the Guardia Civil headquarters, courts and municipal slaughterhouse. Today, after a rehabilitation project, it is used as civic and cultural center.
Besides the wall paintings, discovered in 1999, it keeps a curious permanent exhibition which consists of 134 tiles of the seventeenth century painted with scenes of worship, found in the convent of Sant Bonaventura. The space is also used to accommodate temporary exhibitions, concerts and other cultural activities.
