Directed by Emiliano Altuna, Carlos F Rossini and Diego Osorno, the film tells the story of Mauricio Fernandez, mayor of the town of San Pedro, a city that prides itself on being one of the safest in Mexico and one in which live some of the richest and most powerful families in the country. The controversial figure of Mauricio Fernandez is presented as someone who takes the law into his own hands in order to 'clean' the town of the presence of drug cartels. It is projected in Castilian.
Carlos F. Rossini and Emiliano Altuna created in 2004 Bambu Audiovisual, an independent production company specialized in the production of documentaries and fiction films.
