The Catalan Mercedes Boronat, with an extensive experience in creating shows and performances, opens her repertoire to a family audience with this show, which aims to bring dance to the little ones in an original and innovative way.
The creative career of Boronat began in the eighties and has featured over twenty productions on stages inside and outside the country. Among them stand out Lo maté porque era mío( I killed him because he was mine) (1987), El sueño de las orugas (The Dream of the crawlers) (1994), Mar (Sea) (1996), Mi vida es un tango (My life is a tango)(2000), Uan tu zri (2004), La Homeless (2007) and Butterfly (2007).
Graduated in contemporary dance at the Institut del Teatre of Barcelona, and formed in the schools of Martha Graham, Jose Limon and Merce Cunningham, the three of them in New York, Boronat also stands out as a cultural producer, directing dance cycles and exhibitions as well as the artistic center El Palacete de Boro which she leads since 2000.
