On May 5, 2005 Teresa Matas lost her son in a car accident. Since then, the artist has had the courage to visit the place where it happened so far, with an action that she has wanted to frame within the Festival Miradas de Mujeres (Eyes of Women Festival).
On March 2 she executed the performance L'Encontre (The meeting), it has become today and projecting video in the Mall C & A Marratxí.
Teresa Matas will make the same tour that her son did on that fatal night. She started walking from the same house from which he did until the exact point of the crash. She will carry a large canvas the artist made that same year with part of her son’s t-shirts.
