Paper, fabric, acrylic, nylon, glass, rubber and wood are some of the materials the Valencian artist Robert Ferrer i Martorrel (1978) uses to realize his works.
Ritmes d'expansió, his latest series, starts from movement, the backbone accompanied by light. It reflects on the decomposition of the forms as matter expands, in an exercise in contemplation of space. The pieces get 'dirty', but there is always a part that is intact, a reminder of their origin.
