Sand, puppets and music are the components of this spectacle of the company from Rioja Ytuquepintas, a show brimming with tenderness and emotion. Just using his hands and sand on top of a glass, the artist gets a great aesthetic effect on the stage with the projection on a large screen.
Sueños de Arena (Dreams of sand) is part of the program of the Festival de Teatre Infantil i Juvenil de les Illes Balears, held from November 22 to 24 in Vilafranca de Bonany. Involved are a total of 19 companies, most of them from Mallorca, featuring 23 shows over three days.
In addition to theatrical productions, the festival program includes other activities such as parades, storytelling and a grand finale on Sunday 24 with children's entertainment, games and live songs.
