To attend a concert of the band Abbey Road means plunging into a time tunnel, particularly in the music of the 60s. With impeccable sound and a lot of miles behind them, the group offers in their concerts the music of The Beatles that ranges from 1962 to 1972, and uses the same instruments as the quartet Liverpool: Vox amplifiers, Rickenbacker guitars, Hofner bass and Ludwig drums. The costumes are also from the period.
Abbey Road leaped onto the international scene in 1995 during the celebration in Liverpool of the Beatle week. They have performed five times at The Caven (local mythical venue where The Beatles played) and enjoyed the opportunity to sing with Peter Best, first drummer of the group, and Danny Lane and Steve Holly, members of Wings, the group of Paul Mc Cartney, whom they have personally met along with George Harrison, two of the most emblematic members of The Beatles.
