One of the most popular activities that take place in Palma is this photo contest which in 2013 has now reached its twenty-seventh edition. The 27th Palma Fotogràfica held last January 27 coinciding, as usual, with the festivities of San Sebastian.
This exhibition now shows images taken by participants during the day, both the awarded as well as a selection of photographs of the five items allocated this year: Street Styles. Ways to dress in the streets of Palma, on the sidewalks of the street; Neighborhood of Santa Catalina; photo of an abandoned thing or house and Portrait, Medium shot with city background.
In addition to the photographs displayed on panels, two videos will also project photographic material presented in the contest.
The exhibition opens on March 14 at 19:00 pm in a ceremony at which will be given a long list of awards to the winning photographs, one of them granted by ArtsMallorca.com, consisting of four tickets for shows in Mallorca.
At the same time, and also in Ses Voltes, will be inaugurated the exhibition Esportgràfica Ciclista 2013 a digital photo contest held on January 20 within la 35 Diada Ciclista de Sant Sebastià (35th National Cyclist Day of Sant Sebastia).
