The Can Balaguer cultural center opens its doors for the first time to the Palma Photographic exhibition, which this year reaches its 37th edition and was held on January 28 as part of the Sant Sebastià Festival in Palma. More than 200 people participated, using their cameras and mobile phones to tour the city and capture in twelve hours the six themes requested by the organization: Neighborhood bar, By bus through Palma, Windows, Light and darkness, Landscape in black and white and People and pets.
The new location of the exhibition is due, in the words of Pilar Negredo, organizer of Palma Fotogràfica, to programming reasons at Casal Solleric, the space in which it has usually been presented.
Thus, in the patio of Can Balaguer you can see the awards, the video and the most outstanding photos of the 37 Palma Fotográfica. The inauguration and awards ceremony will take place on March 14 from 7 p.m.
