This Sunday the city of Palma will be invaded by hundreds of people, camera in hand, who will roam the streets and squares looking to capture the best image. The reason is the competition Palma Fotogràfica, which reaches its 38th edition with its distinctly festive and ludic character.
This year, photography fans can participate with digital, analog cameras and mobile phones. The meeting point will take place from 9.30 a.m. In the Ruano photo store of D'Al Ausiàs March, No. 30 of Palma.
The organization will deliver to the participants 6 photographic themes in the two established controls. The photos can be made freely between 9.30 and 22.00 h. on Sunday, February 2.
In the digital category, they can take all the photographs they want but can only deliver 1 photo per topic (6 photos). In the analog category, the registered will receive a reel of 24 photos at the beginning of the marathon, and they will be given the possibility of taking 12 photos, that is to say 2 photos for each of the themes.
The photographs of this edition will be subject to two exhibitions: at la Escuela de Artes Audiovisuales (CEF), from March 13 to April 11, and in photo Ruano with the 10 best creative photographs, from March 21 to April 11. Check the bases in the PDF.
