Second concert by the Estonian violinist Andres Mustonen at the XL Deià International Music Festival. On this occasion, Andres Mustonen is accompanied on the piano by Alfredo Oyaguez Montero, artistic director of the festival.
The Deià International Music Festival has been held since 1978 in the music room of Son Marroig, one of the former properties of Archduke Luis Salvador in the Tramuntana mountains of Mallorca. It was created by the now defunct Patrick Meadows, jazz musician and poet, and his partner Stephanie Shepard. Since a few years, the artistic direction falls on the pianist Alfredo Oyagüez Montero.
It is dedicated to chamber music, although it also includes proposals for styles such as jazz or flamenco.
