Last concert of the III International Music Festival 'Vila de Santanyí'. Angela del Mare (mezzosoprano) and Ludmilla Kovalos (piano) offer a program consisting of works of the classical repertoire combined with contemporary music.
Angela del Mare (her real name is Angela Figliuzzi) is an Italian-German mezzo-soprano who in her recitals interprets songs, opera arias, film music, Broadway tunes, German and Italian folklore and jazz.
She usually works with pianist Ludmilla Kovalas-Kovalevska, who also accompanies her in this concert that closes the Festival 'Vila de Santanyí'. Kovalas was born in the Urals and spent her childhood in Siberia, where she studied piano at the Conservatory of Novosibirsk. She works regularly with singers and is dedicated to piano pedagogy.
