He is one of the most consecrated Spanish pianists, as well as a great researcher of music, especially of Renaissance and Baroque. Antonio Baciero (Aranda de Duero, 1936) participates in the International Music Festival of Deià with a program dedicated to the English Suites of J.S. Bach.
Baciero began his international career in 1961 by obtaining, at the Viotti International Competition in Vercelli, a Special Prize founded by the famous pianist Arturo Benedetti-Michelangeli. Since then, the awards and recognitions have been multiple, being President of Honor of the Hispanic Society of Baroque Music.

Deià International Music Festival, with artistic direction by Alfredo Oyágüez Montero (Madrid, 1967), is celebrated from May 4 to October 5 with concerts in la Sala de Música de la Casa Museu de Son Marroig, one of the Old properties of the Archduke Luis Salvador in the Serra de Tramuntana.
