It is the First Forum of Tourism and Contemporary Art held in the Balearic Islands and it is organized by the Council of Tourism and Sports. It aims to be a meeting between managers of tourist destinations, professionals of culture and art and tourism companies, so they can share knowledge and experiences and also reflect on the importance of cultural tourism.

09:30 h. : Inauguration of Art Forum by thecouncillor of Tourism Carlos Delgado
09:45 h.: Roundtable: How to manage cultural offer for its promotion. Speakers: Lawrence Carroll, artist, Laura Trisorio, gallery owner and promoter of the festival Artecinema ofNaples; Enrique Juncosa, writer, art critic and curator; Javier Viar, director of the Museum of Fine Arts in Bilbao. Moderator: Luis Fidalgo, communications director for the March Group.
11:15 h.: Coffee Break
12:00 h.: Roundtable: How contemporary art transforms a city. Speakers: Walter Smerling, director of the Museum of Modern Art MKM Küppersmühle Duisburg; Bernat Venet, artist, Carlos Ashida, independent curator and former director of the Museo de Arte Carrillo Gil in Mexico City, Rafael Doctor Roncero, independent cultural manager, creator and director MUSAC between 2002 and 2009. Moderator: José Luis Zoreda, executive vice president of Exceltur.
13:30 h.: Showcooking inspired by the work of Joan Miró by three Michelin star chefs: Tomeu Caldentey, Fernando Perez and Thomas Kahl. In collaboration with the Symphony Orchestra of the Balearic Islands.
