First exhibition of the writer children's books Mar Rayó. With the title Blackout Poetry 2014, she presents 40 pieces which arised from the choice of words that are part of literary texts. A rereading by elimination, adulterating the original to create poetry, emulating the technique that drove nearly a century ago American artist Man Ray, linked to the Dadaist and Surrealist movements.
This is blackout. A procedure that involves taking the printed page of a book with a black marker crossing out some phrases, leaving intact words and expressions, of which a poem arises.
