As part of the Danza - Auditorium - Air Europa 2025 series, the Ukrainian company Cirque Inshi presents “RÊVES”, a hybrid performance combining contemporary dance and visual circus. Founded in spring 2020 by Roman Khafizov and Volodymir Koshevoy, the collective brought together young artists trained at the Kiev National Circus School. “RÊVES” was awarded the best Ukrainian project of the last decade.
Each performer shares, through their discipline and apparatus, the dream they had before 24 February 2022. This is a show about youth, friendship and the happiest moments in the life of every Ukrainian before the large-scale invasion. Created in exile, it stands as a testimony of tenacity and virtuosity.
In a setting of chiaroscuro, precise gestures and collective and solo numbers, the artists of Inshi offer a rare and powerful circus experience, a statement of living, resisting and dreaming against all odds.
