The Auditorium of Palma hosts the second international competition dedicated to the world of pole dance, a new sport that combines theater, dance and acrobatics. It distributed in seven categories, there will be more than one hundred participants from eighteen different countries. Participants also will attend the World championship PoleSport 2016.
The competition lasts two days: on Saturday 17 can be seen performing participants in amateur, semi-pro and Juniors (children and adolescents up to 15 years) categories; Sunday 18 is the turn of the elite doubles (mixed couples or two women), elite men and elite women (Professionals of this sport).
The jury will consist of world stars of this new sport. From Los Angeles two of the most influential world poledancers come to Mallorca: Natasha Wang, world champion IPC 2013, and Phoenix Kazree, Pan-American champion in 2015; the Spanish Vane Lunatica champion Elite of the World Pole Sport 2014 or of Comedy Pro 2016; Mariana Baumm, recognized Argentine actress who lives in France, organizer of the major tournaments of pole in France and international judge; and finally the French dancer and choreographer Keem Martinez, winner of the World Championship Sport & Fitness in 2012.
