This ensemble is formed by three German musicians Jörg FaBmann (violin), Sebastian Herberg (viola) and Michael Pfaender (cello).
The three are members of the Staatskapelle Dresden, the resident orchestra of the German city that shares its name. It was founded in 1548 which makes it one of the oldest in the world. In the nineteenth and twentieth centuries it had such prominent directors as Richard Wagner and Richard Strauss, among others.
In Mallorca they participate in the Classical Music Festival Port de Sóller, where they interpret Goldberg Variationen BWV 988. Johann Sebastian Bach composed this work in 1741, when he was cantor at St. Thomas Church in Leipzig.
