Algaida is a traditionally agricultural and livestock town, which it proves each year in this fair celebrated today Saturday and whose program of activities will last until October 31. Next Thursday, and Saturday, November 2, will be the fifth edition of Tapa a Tapa.
The actual fair today Saturday will occupy the streets and squares of downtown Algaida with different proposals: the traditional fair of products and craftsmanship of the shops in town, fair trade and cooperation initiatives, exhibition of vehicles, vintage car shows and an exhibition of animals.
Over the next week there will be lectures, book presentations, exhibitions, workshops and other activities, the climb to the Sanctuary of Cura on foot by Castellitx and Albenya, including paella (Sunday 20).
