Held on the first Tuesday after the festival of St. Catherine (November 25) and has an agricultural character, involving livestock, industry and handicraft. Sales of foods, clothing, crafts, farm machinery, cars and typical Christmas products.
At 6 pm the traditional buñolada held courtesy of the Association of Senior Citizens of Llubí. The buñuelos are a typical sweet of the Balearic Islands.
