Known as a passionate artist with a very versatile personality, Franca Masu is an Italian singer leading the revival of Catalan song in Alghero, a city located in the northwest of the island of Sardinia. Accompanied by an exceptional quartet, she arrives in Mallorca to participate in the Barnasants 2022 festival with a concert at the Manacor Conservatory.
Franca Masu will present Cordemar, the latest album by the Alghero that reveals fullness, maturity and new nuances. After twenty years of experience, Masu proposes a repertoire where songs from her latest albums and melodies from the musical tradition of Alghero through styles such as jazz, fado or bossa stand out.
