The traditional weekly market of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar has become a gastronomic and sociocultural event in Mallorca, which unites gastronomy, ethnography, local culture and crafts.
It is held every Thursday in the Plaça de l'Església and Carrer Major, with music on the street to liven up the atmosphere and activities such as concerts in different places and guided visits to the town's monuments.
