This German formation opens the sixth edition of the Early Music Festival Caimari. It was created in the city of Freiburg in 2012 by Mauricio Crozic, who currently directs it and is also responsible for the organ and harpsichord.
Il Pegaso consists of tenors Makoto Sakurada and Mirko Guadagnini, bass by Fulvio Bettini and Evangelista Mascardi on the theorbo, an instrument similar to the baroque lute .
The concert is entitled Salve Regina and consists of songs from the Renaissance and early Italian Baroque.
