The Palma City Council organizes the IV Cicle de Circ de Palma, which is held from September 27 to 29 in different spaces in the city. Program 14 shows, most of them free and outdoors.
Friday 27th September

A rienda abierta, by Cia. Du’K’tO
A 45-minute street show for all audiences that brings together three of the company’s founding members.
The show puts human relations, play and public space at the centre of creation. Free.

Circus parade
This picturesque parade will be accompanied by one of the most representative fanfares of Mallorca, Los Estupendos Burruños, a musical group with more than 15 years on the scene.

UpSide Down
A circus show with acrobatics, juggling, balance and a lot of humour in a theatrical tone and rock music. It is the story of two children who dream of being aviators to travel the world to see fantastic stories.

Llar, by the Federico Menini company
A fusion between architecture and circus arts, with wood as the central axis. The juggler creates balances with wooden elements, seeking stability and building a refuge, a quiet space. This show, the result of a long research process, combines humour, originality and juggling technique.

Circus Workshops, Des-Equilibrats Company
This activity brings the different circus disciplines closer to families, showing the practice in a fun, loving and trusting environment.
The workshop is taught by 3 professionals from the circus world with more than fifteen years of experience.
Circus for the family will teach how to perform aerial acrobatics on fabric, balance on flip-flops, a roller and a unicycle, and juggling with balls, clubs, cariocas, Chinese plates and a diabolo.
