Josep Balaguer acquired this house on Calle Unió in 1927 and quickly prepared the purchase of his brand-new Walcker organ for the Music Room. An exceptional instrument for an exceptional man who played a fundamental role in the creation of the Balearic Islands Symphony Orchestra.
