The Chilean theater company La Mona Illustre is again on tour in Spain and presents this show of 2012 at the Teatre Sans de Palma where the protagonist is Juan Salvador, who works at a theatre as a tramoya (stage machine worker).
Juan Salvador is a man with a vivid imagination, unknown to anyone. An invisible being who wants to be an actor, but was born clumsy. He was born tramoya, like his father, like his grandfather. Juan Salvador Tramoya is a tragicomic fable about what we are, what we want to be and what we could be. It is the sad comic gesture of a simple man who wants to fly.
Diego Hinojosa interprets this monologue in a production directed by Miguel Bregante and music by Felipe Hinojosa and Sebastian Aracena.
