Romancero gitano (Gypsy Ballads) is one of the most significant works of Federico García Lorca, published in 1928 and composed of 18 romances dealing with the gypsy culture. In it the poet reveals the gypsy as creatures marked by fate and imbued with a tragic sense.
In this dramatized recreation of the Gypsy Ballads participate Incarnation Moreno, Augustin Arca, guitarist J. Cortés ‘El Rucio’ and singer Juan José Pérez 'El Turco'.
