A concert of early music performed by The Archduke’s Consort featuring music by the English renaissance composer John Dowland and his contemporaries in the countries where he traveled and worked as the most celebrated lutenist of his time: Germany, France, Denmark, Italy and England.
The ensemble The Archduke’s Consort is composed of Fiona Stuart-Wilson (soprano), Guillermo Femenias (lute and renaissance guitar) and Xisco Aguiló (viola da gamba and violone).
