Caló d'en Busques in Cala Figuera, one of the most protected natural fishing ports in the Balearic archipelago, is the scene of this concert, organized every year by the International Music Festival 'Vila de Santanyí'.
The concert is directed by Vicenç Balaguer, with the intervention of Rubén Simeó (trumpet) and the Orchestra of the Santanyí Festival.
Since the age of eight, the young Rubén Simeó (Vigo, 1992) has been awarded in the best international trumpet competitions, among which Yamaha in Madrid, Cuidad de Benidorm, Porcia in Italy, Maurice André in France, Selmer in Paris, Gebwiller of France, Theo Charlier of Belgium; in all cases he was the youngest contestant of all their editions.
He has received in Stuttgart (Germany) the European Culture Award in recognition of his brilliant career.

The Festival is organized by the City Council of Santanyí with the collaboration of Aulos (Associació d'Amics de la Música de les Illes Balears). On the plastic arts side, the exhibition in the Sala Bússer is dedicated to the Argentine painter Francisco Bernareggi (1878-1959), who arrived in Santanyí for the first time a century ago, in 1919.
