Potatoes grown in Sa Pobla are famous among the most refined palates not only of Mallorca but also from countries like Germany, Holland and Sweden, to which they are exported. In this food fair, one can try up to thirty different dishes featuring the potato, prepared by restaurants and bars of the village.
