Petit was born in response to the musical and poetic concerns of Mallorcan Joan Castells. The influences of British and American roots musicfused with his unique vision of the world. His first EP, Soulsaver Bird, was considered one of the best demos of 2006 by Mondo Sonoro.
With his first album entitled Loveshines Firefly (2009), he received applause from audiences and critics, and participated in the first edition of the MonkeyWeek festival. Working together with Llorenç Rosselló, in 2010, resulted in the album Tomorrow will come and it will be fine. A year later, they published The Blackbird Daisy, a work in which his voice combines perfectly with the magic of Mia Salazar.
