Description
During the Christmas season, Piano a Ciutat brings live music to the streets of Palma by placing real upright pianos in key public locations. Anyone can stop, take a seat and play—no registration, no cost, and no experience required. The city becomes a stage for trained pianists, curious beginners and passers-by who create spontaneous musical moments.
Across several weekends and holiday dates, pedestrian streets, squares and promenades will host open sessions where locals, families and visitors can listen or perform freely.
What is “Piano a Ciutat”?
A public musical initiative that transforms Palma into an interactive outdoor concert space. Upright pianos are installed in iconic spots around the city, inviting children, music students, amateurs and anyone who wishes to try out a melody.
